Popis: | A significantly increased frequency of chromosomal aberrations was found among workers at a sulphite pulp factory in northern Sweden. This increase was found to be associated mainly with exposure to sulphur dioxide (boiling of sulphite pulp and handling of sulphuric acid), and not with exposure to chlorine and dust in other workplaces within the factory. |
