ÐÑоведен лиÑеÑаÑÑÑнÑй и паÑенÑнÑй поиÑк по вопÑоÑÑ ÐºÐ¾ÑÑозионного воздейÑÑÐ²Ð¸Ñ Ð¶Ð¸Ð´ÐºÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑаллиÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑеплоноÑиÑелей на конÑÑÑÑкÑионнÑе маÑеÑиалÑ. ÐÑÑÑеÑÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ ÐºÐ¾ÑÑозионнÑе иÑпÑÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑалÑнÑÑ Ð¾Ð±Ñазов Ñ Ð°Ð»ÑминиевÑми и ÑиÑановÑми покÑÑÑиÑми в поÑоке жидкого ÑвинÑа пÑи ÑемпеÑаÑÑÑе 450ºС на базе 3000 и 7500 ÑаÑов. ÐÑполнен анализ ÑезÑлÑÑаÑов иÑпÑÑаний, и дана оÑенка ÑÑÑÑкÑÑÑнÑм изменениÑм, пÑоиÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑим в маÑеÑиале заÑиÑнÑÑ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÑÑÑий поÑле длиÑелÑного конÑакÑа Ñ Ð¶Ð¸Ð´ÐºÐ¸Ð¼ ÑвинÑом. The presented work is devoted to the study of the protective abilities of metal coatings applied to steel grade 09G2SA-A, from the corrosive effects of lead liquid metal coolant. A literary and patent search on the corrosion effect of liquid-metal heat carriers on structural materials was carried out. Corrosion tests of steel samples with aluminum and titanium coatings in the flow of liquid lead at a temperature of 450 ° C on the basis of 3000 and 7500 hours were carried out. The analysis of the results of the tests and the estimation of the structural changes occurring in the material of the protective coating after prolonged contact with liquid lead. |
