Popis:	Chlorophyll pigments represent natural components of oilseeds and are partially extracted into crude oils during industrial oilseed processing by pressing and extraction. They act as prooxidants in oils in interaction with light i.e.as sensitizers producing singlet oxygen. Carotenoids present in oils are effective as singlet oxygen quenchers.
