Popis: In psychiatry, as it is known, the diagnosis is based mainly on results of conversations and observations of behavior of patients and the course of the disease. During more than 45 years of work as a psychiatrist I have observed many patients with disorders accompanied by pyramidal insufficiency on the basis of cerebral circulatory disorders. When examining them, there was a sign of weakness of adduction of the little finger due to paresis of its adductor muscle - segment C8.
