Essence and importance of punctuality and regularity are outlined. Some own proposals of performance measures are defined: factor of service unreliability on account of unpunctuality; factor of unpunctuality inconvenience; degree of punctuality; factor of operation irregularity; factor of service unreliability on account of irregularity. Assumptions for estimation of the above factors are given and set of formulas or nomograph are presented. Correspondences between values of the punctuality/regularity measures and levels of service quality are proposed. Some examples of estimation of the factors are presented.
