Popis:	We give precise values for the elements of the flavor mixing matrix and the CP-violating phase, then study their dependence on the unknown dynamical parameters, like the bag factor, QCD corrections, mass of the top quark,… We estimate the mixing properties of the Bd and Bs states and discuss CP-violating effects, especially for the Bs states.
