Plasma spraying of wear-resistant coatings from powdered self-fluxing alloys

Popis: The thermo-physical and technological investigations of effectiveness of high-temperature heterogeneous flow formation and spraying of coatings from self-fluxing Ni-based powders using of unit of annular injection of powders with gas-dynamic focusing were carried out. The size of particles of metal powders was 40...100 μm. The temperature distributions of particles at the spraying distance measured by means of spectral pyrometry are presented. The results of obtained coatings morphology and microhardness are presented, the mechanism of their phase structure formation are analyzed.
