The regulatory support for the development of the viticulture and winemaking industry in the Russian Federation is considered. Trends in the development of the wine growing and wine industry are identified. The necessity of solving the problems of the development of the sectoral economy, import substitution, concentration of scientific and technical potential and financial and material resources to achieve the target indicators in the development of the wine growing and wine industry for the period 2020-2025 is explained. |
