The article aims to compare grotesque in children’s literature and image multiplication. For this purpose, 3 screened plots of different authors (Armenian, Italian and Russian literature) are chosen, such as “A talking fish” by O. Tumanyan, “The scattered boy” by G. Rodari, “Potets” by A. Vvedensky. The author aims to prove that grotesque appears in the plot and image level in the literary source as well as in its visual representation and that could be connected with different functions of “grotesque body” in literary narrative and on the screen. After comparison of the plots the hypothesis about the visuality grade of grotesque is made and special tools for creating visual forms are identified. |
