Characteristics of modern innovative enterprises are identified in the article. The paper also deals with organization of production at science-intensive enterprises which is supposed to comply with technical conditions of scienceintensive production. Approaches to the concept of innovative enterprise are analyzed. Characteristics of an innovative enterprise are identified, according to the functions, role and place of innovations in production process. The concept ofinnovation and approaches to it in modern scientific resources are studied in the paper. The conclusion about the use of specific methods in production management is made. The necessity to take into account up-to-date production management principles is substantiated. It is proved that application of principles of optimal production process management leads to higher production efficiency and optimization of production in space and time, which results in costs optimization and better results of innovative enterprise, which enhances its competitiveness. Implementation of the principles ensures a higher level of production process management, completion of the production tasks set, and allows to achieve goals of an innovative enterprise. Methods of production process management at an innovative enterprise are supposed to consider the stages of product development and start-up of the production. Assessment of innovations in the process of production should consider certain efficiency criteria for investment in innovation. The system of efficiency assessment criteria is suggested in the paper, it is based on indicators of innovative enterprise activity. Specific features of production management at an innovative enterprise are explicated. |
