Popis:	Two cases of basal cell nevus syndrome are reported; the first was an 18 year-old man who visited with a chief complaint of malocclusion. Multiple jaw cysts, mandibular prognathism, a broad nasal root, ocular hypertelorism, calcification of the flax cerebri, bifid-rib and pit of palm were presented.In the other case, his sister, a 23 year-old woman, had findings same as her brother. In both cases, jaw cysts were enucleated. Histopathological diagnosis of the jaw cysts were a primordial cyst and a dentigerous cyst.
