The obtained adequate mathematical models for the standard mechanical characteristics σ0.2, σu, δ0.3, ψ,ai are sufficiently accurate for engineering calculations, and they can be successfully used for determining mechanical characteristics with different variants of the structure forming factors tn, th, to, τo and of the chemical composition Ce. 2. The mechanical characteristics of steel 23G2SAF depend chiefly on its chemical composition and on the heat treatment conditions, and the most substantial effect is exerted by the hardening temperature th. Higher austenitization temperature prior to quenching (normalization) has a favorable effect on the entire complex of mechanical indices. The tempering parameters to and τo also affect the ductile characteristics δ3, ψ and impact toughnessai, but less strongly. |
