Considering that the disassembly performance of electromechanical products is determined by multi factors, the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method research is carried out to solve the complex problem of disassembly analysis. The theoretical minimum parts number discrimination model, the disassembly time classification model and the disassembly cost calculation model are proposed in this paper. A comprehensive evaluation system for disassembly is constructed and the evaluation process is established at the angle of evaluation tools developing. Finally, a flywheel institution is evaluated by using the proposed method and the feasibility and practicality of this method is verified. |
