Even in the face of trading blocks it should be difficult to ignore this unprecedented level of interdependency among the nations which makes talking about a national economy almost obsolete. The new world demands a new vision, a new understanding. Making the necessary transformation seems especially crucial for the developing economies of this new world as, owing to their mostly closed and centralised systems, those are the ones that have the most serious deficit of policy makers, administrators, and entrepreneurs with a global view. |
