Popis:	The description is given of a telemetric method of recording together the electrocardiogram and plethysmogram obtained photo-electrically as a means of investigating the rate of spread of the pulse wave in the unrestrained subject. We have found that distinct shifts occur during athletic activity and work. They are usually not easily discernible after the work has ceased, because of rapid restoration.
