| Popis: | The determination of vinca alkaloids in biological fluids for pharmacokinetic studies has mostly been carried out using radioimmunoassay. However, the assay cannot discriminate between the parent compound and its metabolites. High-performance liquid chromatography has proven to be both a sensitive and a selective method for vinca alkaloid quantification. The limit of determination depends on a combination of sample pretreatment and the chromatographic system employed. |
