METHODS OF VETERINARY AND SANITARY EXAMINATION OF PRODUCTS OF SLAUGHTER OF ANIMALS FOR RESIDUES OF MEDICINAL SUBSTANCES IN FEED ADDITIVES

Popis: The article presents the methods used in the territory of the Russian Federation to control the residual amounts of such drugs as antibacterial, coccidiostatics, growth promoters and other drugs that can be used in feed as a functional additive and can be found in the products of animal slaughter. Such residual amounts of substances are not allowed, or are regulated by the Russian legislation, have MRL (maximum permissible levels). There are different groups of methods used in the Russian Federation to identify these groups of drugs, from microbiological to biosensor, each of which has both advantages and disadvantages, which are briefly consecrated in the comparative aspect.
