Popis: Progress is reported on storage of: (1) 2 production contract lots of bulgur wafers and 1 of survival crackers for 6 + 12 months, (2) 2 lots of survival biscuits for 12 months, (3) 3 lots of crackers and 2 of biscuits for 12 + 18 months, including (a) bursting strength, moisture, and general condition of V3c fiberboard cases, (b) corrosion, coating defects, leaking, and headspace oxygen of 2 1/2-gal. and 5-gal. metal cans, and (c) wrapper and product damage, color, fracture strength, moisture, peroxide values, free fatty acids, sensory quality and hedonic ratings of the food.
