Popis: | Analytical expressions are derived for the dielectric function of metals at moderate temperatures, determined by electron–phonon interactions, taking a quantum statistical approach and linear response theory as a basis. The obtained formulas permit one to calculate an effective electron–phonon collision frequency and the dielectric function of two-temperature plasmas for arbitrary laser radiation frequencies. Different limiting cases are considered. |
