Popis:	Cytotoxic T cell responses towards cells carrying foreign minor histocompatibility antigens have been shown to be H-2 restricted in their effector function (1). The T cell interactions required to generate both primary and secondary responses to such antigens have not yet been fully defined. Indication that T cell help is required for the induction of cytotoxic T cells against the minor antigen H-Y has been found in radiation chimeras (2). The following study has established a suitable system for determinating the nature of T cell interactions in vivo when responses are made to both multiple and single minor antigens.
