Popis: | The work is devoted to the study of the microstructure of In-Sn films condensed onto the glass substrate. The samples for the study were obtained by the method of variable composition and variable state with the use of sequential condensation of components. The use of this technique allowed us in a direct manner to observe the main outlines of the phase diagram of the studied binary system on the substrate. The visualization of phase equilibrium lines is provided by the differences in the light scattering by different parts of the sample. These differences were attributed to the peculiarities of the morphological structure of films, which correspond to different phase state of the binary system. It was established that, above the liquidus line in the studied films, due to the self-assembly processes, arrays of separate spherical particles with a unimodal size distribution are formed. |
