Popis: This paper documents the contents and development of APAQ over its first decade of publishing. It has two major sections. The first is an analysis of the topics and authorship of APAQ articles. For example, it was found that articles on mental retardation have been published more frequently than articles on traditional disability categories, although articles that are not disability specific have been most common. Not surprisingly, perhaps, a large percentage of authors are from the U.S. and Canada. The second section of the paper outlines changes in policy and function associated with These include modifications to editorial board membership, upgrading of the manuscript review process, and growing internationalism.
