Popis: | 1. After normalization of steel with excess titanium as compared with nitrogen, one observes three types of nitrides and carbonitrides: titanium nitrides that are present in the cast steel, high-carbon carbonitrides precipitated in the process of holding during normalization, and highly dispersed carbonitrides precipitated in the process of air cooling. 2. Additional treatment of steel 20GTL with SiCa has no effect on the work of crack propagation in the ductile condition or the ductile-brittle transition temperature but increases the work of crack initiation. 3. The best combination of mechanical properties is obtained for steel 20GTL with 0.02–0.03% Ti that is additionally treated with SiCa. |
