The topic of the final qualifying work: "Legal support of the institution of compensation for moral damage in the courts of the Russian Federation." The work is devoted to the study of legislation governing public relations arising in the course of exercising the right to compensation for moral harm, as well as the analysis of the prospects for improving the legal mechanism of the institution of compensation for moral harm in the Russian Federation. In the course of the work, the main stages of the formation of the institution of moral harm in Russian judicial practice were identified, the structure of the institution of compensation for moral harm at the present stage in the system of Russian courts was determined, proposals were formulated to address the identified shortcomings and gaps in the study area. |
