Popis:	The authors believe this is the first described case completely illustrating the de novo development of Chiari I Malformation and associated syringomyelia in a patient with posterior fossae meningioma. The case demonstrates and supports current theories regarding Chiari I malformations and the pathophysiology of syringomyelia.
