The current research on ship’s electrostatic field mainly focuses on electric field modeling and depth conversion. There are very few studies on the use of ship’s electrostatic field positioning, and the field source is mainly located by inversion and positioning of the field source based on the amplitude of the electric field. The problem of electrostatic field positioning, a method of electrostatic field positioning based on a circular array was proposed in this paper. Based on the use of electric dipoles to simulate the spatial distribution of the ship’s electrostatic field, combined with the sensor circular array, a new positioning method is designed. The Z-axis component of electrostatic field is used, by analyzing its distribution law on the circular array, the position of the two points on the circular array with the largest difference in the electric field amplitude are calculated. The connection of the two points produces a certain directivity law to the field source, so that the positioning of the ship can be realized. |
