Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе бÑло доказано, ÑÑо ÑÑÐ°Ð¼Ð¼Ñ Ð´Ñожжей Pachysolen tannophilus и Saccharomyces cerevisiae ÑвлÑÑÑÑÑ Ð¿ÐµÑÑпекÑивнÑми биокаÑализаÑоÑами Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑанола, о Ñем ÑвидеÑелÑÑÑвÑÑÑ ÑкÑпеÑименÑалÑно полÑÑеннÑе ÑезÑлÑÑаÑÑ. 67 pages, 16 figures, 13 tables. The theme of the final qualification work: "Microbiological utilization of cellulosic and hemicellulosic waste associated with the production of bioethanol and xylitol." Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of the chemical composition of household and industrial cellulosic and hemicellulosic waste. 2. The analysis of literature data about the biochemical potential of various taxonomic groups of microorganisms with the selection of the most promising catalysts for the utilization of cellulosic and hemicellulosic waste. 3. The analysis of features of traditional methods for the preparation of substrates based on cellulosic and hemicellulosic waste for bioconversion. 4. Conducting acid hydrolysis and detoxification of sulfite liquors with the optimization of processe parameters. 5. Conducting the periodic alcoholic fermentation of substrates from cellulosic and hemicellulosic waste. 6. Statistical processing of the results with the bioethanol and xylitol yields, as well as the conclusion on the applicability of the use of S. cerevisiae and P. tannophilus for the disposal of household and industrial cellulosic and hemicellulosic waste. As a result, it was proved that yeast strains Pachysolen tannophilus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae are promising biocatalysts for ethanol production, as evidenced by the experimentally obtained results. |
