Popis: Water being a necessity in various forms is always on demand for creating power, drinking, cultivation, and farming, etc. hence, being a crucial asset for humanity. A lot of regions are still scarce in water and get an irregular supply. As the population is increasing, the need for water will increase drastically for usage and other necessary purposes. One of the major problems that arise due to scarcity of water is in agriculture, where lack of water affects crop yields and survivability. To solve these problems, we propose and implement a novel technique of rocket-based 360 degrees cloud seeding to enhance artificial rain using an autonomous-landing rocket and various machine learning concepts covering reinforcement learning, supervised and unsupervised learning. In this paper, we have tested and analyzed the first phase of the proposed technique that provided certain results over the design and application of the first phase.
