Popis: | The opportunity to publish and to interact in an international journal is a privilege. As clinicians working in a country which has, up until now anyway, been relatively far removed from the mainstream, it is wonderful to be able to get feedback from colleagues working with similar issues and problems throughout the world. We are most grateful to the reviewers of our article for their valued comments and suggestions regarding the development and implementation of hierarchical discourse therapy (HDT). The opportunity to provide comment is a unique luxury and enables us to expand and explain some of the hidden context of the paper (a task, indeed, that we encourage our patients to perform!). |
