The current project will examine differences in personalizing and formalizing language (Lanning et al., 2021) between Fox News and MSNBC over the last 11 years and into the beginning of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. We will examine the potential convergence and divergence of the personalizing-formalizing index (PFI) during this time and examine components of the LIWC-22 using profile analysis. |
