Popis:	Hemisection denotes sectioning of root with its accompanying crown portion of molars.The outcomes is predictable and success rates are high. In this case report a 29 year old male patient with severe class-III furcation involvement of mandibular molar, which was treated with hemisection and restoration followed by fixed prosthodontic prosthesis.
