The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Vehicle Research Section (VRS) has developed an expendable Micro Air Vehicle (MAV) called CICADA (Close In Covert Autonomous Delivery Aircraft) for missions such as payload delivery, meteorology, or electronic warfare.
