Popis: | In order to improve the reliability of the power grid, this paper proposes a self-healing control method based on the multi-agent self-healing control system framework under the abnormal state of the distribution network. The risk assessment of the equipment failure of the distribution network is carried out, and the self-healing control optimization scheme for the abnormal state of the distribution network is determined. This method can not only consider the faults with low equipment failure rate and serious fault consequences, but also consider the faults with high equipment failure rate and low fault consequences. Compared with traditional distribution network evaluation methods, the results obtained by proposed method are more precise. Through the analysis of a case study on the distribution network in Shenyang, an optimization plan about self-healing control with the goal of reducing equipment failure rate is presented, optimizing the equipment with a high failure rate in the distribution network, and preventing distribution network faults through active defense. The occurrence of above mentioned ensures the safe and stable power supply for users. |
