Popis:	Elbow arthroplasty is experiencing a high growth rate. This will result in an increasing numbers of revision following elbow arthroplasty. Osteoporotic bone and pre-existing morbidity render revision arthroplasty a demanding operation with high complication rates. As shown in clinical studies, sloppy-hinge designed prostheses have a better outcome than the fixed unlinked models when used in revision arthroplasty. Major complications are shaft perforation and infection.
