The subject of the graduate qualification work is: «Formation of a program to improve the efficiency of the enterprise of the hospitality industry».The given work is devoted to the studying of the economic efficiency of the hospitality enterprise and the development of a program to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The research set the following goals:1. Study of the theoretical foundations of the analysis of the economic activity of the hospitality enterprise;2. Assessment of the economic activity of the enterprise of the hospitality industry;3. Analysis of the economic efficiency of the enterprise of JSC âMetropol";4. Development of a program to improve the efficiency of JSC "Metropol" and ways to improve its financial situation.The work was fulfilled on the premises of JSC "Metropol", which included collection of materials: balance sheet statement of the enterprise of JSC "Metropol", profits and losses report of the enterprise of JSC "Metropol". The calculations, made during the research, show what the economic situation is at the moment at the enterprise, what economic indicators have changed for the worse and what factors influenced this. The analysis was conducted by calculating economic indicators.As a result, the economic situation at the enterprise was analyzed, low indicators of economic efficiency were revealed. A program has been developed to improve the efficiency of the hospitality enterprise of JSC "Metropol": the development of a mobile application of the hotel, the implementation of the "smart home" technology, the implementation of innovations in the hotel restaurant. |
