The aim of the graduate qualification work is to analyze physically, financially, legally possible options for using the property and selecting the most effective option for using the object under study by choosing the highest market value.The work has been carried out on the materials of the project documentation of the business center, Internet sources.Research methods used: scenario method, three-level analysis method, , extraction method.The main results of the graduate qualification work: 1) An analysis of the territory on which the investigated property is located was carried out and an analysis of the immediate environment was carried out;2) Analysis of the economic situation in the real estate market;3) Selected options for the most efficient use of the investigated property and calculated indicators for each of the options;4) Calculation of risks using the scenario method;5) The best and most efficient use of the property has been developed.The areas of the graduate qualification work results application â the economics of construction, the evaluation of the effectiveness of options for using the land plot and the facility as a wholeConclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined. |
