Popis: | A practical method for calculating the temperature distribution along a thermionic cathode based on numerical evaluation of the integral of the heat-balance equation is described. The radiation component of the heat flux, the Joule heat, the heat conduction along the cathode, and the temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity are taken into account. |
