Popis:	In the framework of this article, we analyzed the basic principles of applied management through a strategic approach, in parallel with which the specifics of the economic transition from industrialization to post-industrialization were determined. It was recommended to detail the hierarchy of principles for the development and implementation of management tools according to this transition.
