Popis:	Postoperative intestinal obstruction is a relatively common complication among those after abdominal operations, and adhesions in the intestine cause the intestinal obstruction two times in the postoperative course following an appendectomy for appendicitis is reported. At first time, adhesions in the intestinal obstruction, and a rare entity of jejuno-jejunal intussusception caused the second intestinal obstruction. It is etiologically thought that tha jejuno-jejunal intussusception might be caused by a bent portion of intestine due to fibrous adhesion between the same small vowel serosae as the head of the intussusception.
