Nine representative combined experimental schemes of hanging beam using for the lifting of prefabricated cabin, which solve the combined problem of the structural form of main beam, the thickness of hanging plate and the thickness of stiffening plate, are designed basing on orthogonal experiment method. Analysis of simulation experiment for those 9 schemes is accomplished. The simulation results are analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis. The optimal combined scheme of factors is obtained. The reliability and rationality of the optimal scheme are verified through further experiment. This design and analysis method has strong generality on the design of similar products. |
