Popis: Electronics for the detection of infrared or optical radiation are developing quite rapidly. The transformation of terahertz radiation into energy of electric current is an important problem in the search for promising new ways of converting the energy of solar and thermal radiation, designing new IR detectors, and other purposes. A geometric diode based on graphene is modeled as a rectifying element.
