Popis:	A simple single-stage procedure for determining free cholesterol and saturated fatty acids in gall-stones that requires a relatively small amount of biological material for analysis was developed. Gas-liquid chromatography and chromatomass spectrometry are used. Lipids were removed from gallstones by means of liquid-phase and ultrasound extraction.
