Popis: | It is demonstrated that the copper-doped high-quality Bi Se single crystals with a high density of bulk charge carriers are certainly 3D topological insulators. The analysis of quantum Shubnikov−de Haas (SdH) oscillations reveals that these materials simultaneously exhibit two types of such oscillations determined by the Landau levels related to both the 3D and 2D Fermi surfaces. |
