Popis:	The results of studying the toxic action of soluble compounds of metals - zinc, lead, chromium, molybdenum and tungsten on the function of digestion after oral and parenteral admission has been presented in the article. Comparative toxicity of metal compounds on the function of digestion has been established. It has been shown that the dependence of the character and strength of the studied effect of the route of entry of metal compounds is determined by the value of their gastro-intestinal absorption and the degree of their removal from the organism through the digestive system.
