Popis: | We consider the solution of the first mixed problem for the wave equation with two independent variables in a curvilinear half-strip. Under certain smoothness conditions and matching conditions imposed on the given functions, the uniqueness of this solution is proved and its analytical representation is determined. A method for the local construction of a particular solution to the inhomogeneous equation is proposed. |
