Popis: | We synthesized anisotropic Sm-Co and multi-layered Sm-Co/α-Fe nanocomposite thick-film magnets by post-annealing. The films were deposited on a Ta substrate at 200-300 °C, and then were post-annealed at 600 °C for magnetic hardening. The annealed Sm-Co films were mainly composed of SmCo 5 and had in-plane magnetic anisotropy. The magnetic anisotropy energy of the films was estimated from the in-plane and out-of-plane magnetization curves to be approximately 650 kJ/m 3 for the film deposited at 200 °C. Multi-layered Sm-Co/α-Fe films also exhibited anisotropic hysteresis loops and had coercivity of 250 kA/m. These results suggest that two-step annealing enables us to synthesize anisotropic Sm-Co/α-Fe thick nanocomposite films. |
