Popis: | 1. We worked out a technology for stampings of alloy 1420 which takes into account its limited technological ductility, reduced thermal conductivity compared with aluminum alloys used in series production, special traits of the grain structure and of the phase composition, enhanced stability of the solid solution so that stampings with guaranteed properties and corrosion resistance in three directions are obtained. 2. Impaired mechanical properties and their instability are due to the fact that the selected technological regimes are sometimes not strictly observed under conditions of series production of stampings. |
