Popis: A patient, 71 years old, attended the office for a lip biopsy. At the intra-oral clinical examination, a lesion on the right side of the lip was observed, with no defined limits, erythroleukoplakia, symptomatic, hemorrhagic crust, and necrotic tissue. Leukoplakic lesions, flat, with no defined limits, were observed asymptomatic on the hard palate, jugal mucosa, and floor of the mouth, all on the right side. The patient had a medical history of squamous cell carcinoma in 2011 on the floor of the mouth, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy were performed without any surgery. In 2018, a biopsy of the lip lesion was performed, and the patient was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and referred to the head and neck surgeon, who removed the lesion. The patient started chemotherapy, and home visits are performed to follow the lesions of the oral cavity.
