Popis:	The diacetylenic steroids (VI), (VII) and (X) have been prepared by the cupric acetate — pyridine method. The “bis-norlutine” (VI) has been partially hydrogenated to the corresponding “diene” (VIII) and the “bis-acetate” (X a) has been converted to “bis-ethisterone” (VII).
