Das Vorkommen weiterer maligner Primärtumoren bei Patienten mit malignem Melanom der Haut

Popis:	Out of 1463 melanoma patients 101 developed additional primary malignant tumours. 56 tumours developed before the melanoma and 62 at the same time or afterwards. The majority of tumours which developed after the melanoma came shortly afterwards. Melanoma patients without further tumours developed the melanoma in significant lower age compared to patients with nonmelanocytic additional malignant tumours. With regard to the family history, the characteristic of pigmentation or the occurrence of naevi as well as the localisation, the type and the thickness of the melanomas there are no significant differences. Among the patients with multiple melanomas the melanomas which came later were thinner than those which came first. For the women, the risk of developing further malignant tumours is significantly higher. For both sexes the risk of developing further primary melanomas increased high-significantly.
